Please make sure that you visit
the user guides for end users and resellers as the
online documentation
is full of helpful information on how to use the Web
Control System.
HOSTVALUE.CA Forum
If you have general questions you can post them on
our forum. There is a helpful Customer to Customer
Support section where other knowledgable customers
will actually post useful tips and answer some of
your questions. Please make sure that you do not
post any secure information like passwords or credit
information.

or have a technical issue to be resolved, please
send an email to support@hostvalue.ca where one of
our technical support staff will promptly reply.
Remember, most questions regarding 'how' to use the
Web Control System can be answered in the User
Guides (see above section "User Guides for End Users
and Resellers"). To
receive answers to your questions almost immediately,
please
make sure
that
you check
the User Guides thoroughly before you send an email.
